A Coupon

"A" Coupon Ideal for any system filing alphabetically by name rather than account number. This coupon features your name and address on each coupon and your name, address, and telephone number on the front cover. Amount due may be printed or left blank. Should you want a second rate printed or the price deleted on part of your books, there will be a $25.00 setup charge for each change. We will assemble the books with the starting month of your choice. Should more than one starting month be required on your order, there will be a $15.00 service charge for each change. Should you desire the year as well as the month printed on your coupons and the coupons go beyond the starting year, add $25.00 plus $0.06 per book. This style book can be supplied with consecutive numbers imprinted onthe covers as well as the coupons. When ordering numbered books be sure to specify starting number. All other changes add $30.00.
